Job Summary:
Our client is a global clean energy platform operating in a public company environment, focused on building next-generation infrastructure through advanced technology and data-driven solutions. As the business continues to scale and take on additional complexity, they have created a dedicated Head of Stock Administration role to bring focused ownership and operating rigor to their global equity programs.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, with close partnership across HR, Finance, and Legal, including regular interaction with the CHRO and senior leadership. The position is designed for someone to fully own equity administration in a public company setting and is comfortable operating independently in a highly visible, cross-functional environment.
The day-to-day focus is on disciplined execution and governance across global equity programs, including stock options, RSUs, and ESPPs. This role oversees equity systems, reporting, and internal controls, while partnering closely with Finance on forecasting, reconciliation, and accounting (ASC 718). You will support Board and executive reporting, ensure compliance with SEC requirements and global regulations, and bring structure and consistency to a critical function. Over time, there is an opportunity to contribute more broadly to Total Rewards through analytics, insights, and process improvement.
This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys owning a function end-to-end, improving processes, and operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with meaningful visibility and impact.
Experience:
12+ years of experience in equity compensation administration, ideally within a public or pre-IPO company environment.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SEC reporting requirements including Section 16 and Form 4 filings

Familiarity with equity platforms such as Workday, Fidelity, or E*TRADE
Advanced Excel and strong analytical capabilities
