Job Summary:
Our client, in the manufacturing industry, is looking for an HR Leader to support growth initiatives and cultural transformation for one of their operating sites.
In the role of Sr Human Resources Manager, you will have an opportunity work on organizational development, talent strategies, and leadership coaching. The day-to-day focus will be around a wide range of HR functions including: employee relations, performance management and talent development.
Ideal candidates will have experience within a manufacturing environment. The ability to work across all levels of an organization in a matrix environment. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to handling multiple projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in supporting a high-growth business. As well as having hands-on involvement with both HR strategy and execution.
Experience:
