Priority Search? Engage Us
For Executive and Management level searches that are time sensitive and critical to your organization’s productivity, your assignment will get dedicated resources and manpower by engaging RSG with an upfront fee. Unlike traditional retained searches, the rest of our fee is due only after our candidate accepts the offered position. With your engagement fee, RSG agrees to work on your assignment for a predetermined period of time.
For clients who are developing a new department or expanding current operations, RSG offers an engaged recruiting program to conduct multiple searches for a dedicated but cost effective approach. If you have three or more similar search assignments within the same timeframe, we will work out a discount percentage on a retainer basis that can be paid over a period of months, easing your monthly expenditures. With your engagement fee, RSG agrees to work on your assignment for a predetermined period of time.
Contingency Search
After discussion with the hiring authority on the needs of a role and agreeing to the timeframe for interviewing and hiring, RSG will take your search assignment on a contingency basis, being paid our regular percentage fee when our candidate accepts the position offered. Our contingency process is available on a limited basis.
Confidential Search
Much of the work we do is never published, emailed out or discussed without a signed non-disclosure agreement. We silo our confidential search to avoid issues and in 25 years, have had the trust of executives who need to replace leaders in a quiet fashion.
